When I was still in Philippines, one of my sisters were trying to lose weight. I remember when she was just eating crackers and soup in her meals. Whew! It must been so hard and I can't imagine myself doing it. I can't live without rice and even though I am also trying to lose weight right now, I still eat rice once a day. Anyway, I haven't heard about my sister's diet plan, if it worked for her or not because that was the time I left going here in the US. Lately, my younger sister is telling me that I am bigger than my sister who's been trying to lose weight. So I said maybe she's using some fat burners for her to get rid of her fats. I forgot to ask my sister what she did really. I am curious and want to know her secret.
