When it comes to our house, we need materials that will last long. It is very important to use strong and longer life materials in each part of the building. It should start with the foundation to flooring and roofing. If we have this kind of materials then we don't need to fix problems for a long time from the day we start moving to our new house.
It is better to pay a little more for a durable and high quality product than buying a cheap one and would only last shorter than we are expecting. That’s what I am telling my husband when we buy things and sometimes it wont last long. I keep telling him to just pay extra for a good one our time if it’s the same thing of buying the higher cost product and we will only buy once. Do you agree guys?
